Cancellation Policy

To respect my time and other clients, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate. If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Refund Policy

Payments for completed treatments are non refundable. If you have concerns about your session, please speak with me directly so I can address them and ensure you feel supported. maybe add these to this section

Health Fund Rebates

Health fund rebates are available for eligible remedial massage sessions. Please note that rebates vary between health funds and policies. Relaxation‑only treatments are not eligible for rebates.

Privacy Policy

All client records will be kept confidential and will not be released without the clients written consent. This includes information about the client’s current treatment plan and any future consultation for which the client seeks treatment.

Recording of sessions - Client will not record the session (either by audio or visual means) without prior consent from the therapist.
