Hi, I am Michelle Considine, a remedial therapist dedicated to helping people relieve pain, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies in a calm, supportive home‑based setting. My approach blends evidence‑based remedial therapy with a deeply nurturing and empowering style, creating treatments that are both effective and genuinely restorative.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring a unique combination of skills as a yoga instructor, Reiki master, Australian Bush Flower Essence practitioner, and CBT, DBT and mindfulness coach. This allows me to support not only the physical aspects of pain and tension, but also the mental, emotional, and nervous‑system patterns that often contribute to them.
